Support, cancellation, and refunds

Provider support. Each provider card above lists that provider's support route for course content questions.
Cancellation. Seat subscriptions can be cancelled at any time from your agency portal. Access continues through the paid period.
Refunds. If a provider's standing lapses through no fault of your agency, affected seats are settled under the published remediation policy, including pro rata refunds where applicable.
